Terms of Service

PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING

-All prices are in USD ($).-All transactions are done via Zelle or Paypal after the request has been accepted.-The price could vary depending on the complexity (For example, many accessories).-If the illustration for the animation is not made by us, please make sure your illustrator has prepared the drawing for animate, I don't cut.-No refunds, unless we haven't started on your request. You cannot demand cancellation/refund under any circumstances after we receive payment and begin work.-We will never send you a physical product, all our works are a digital file.-You must credit and link back to us. You cannot redistribute our artwork without credit.-A design fee applies to those who have no reference images of the character and would like us to draw from a description or a collage of photos.-If you have a specific deadline for your request, tell us ahead of time and we will apply a rush fee. If not stated, please don’t rush us. You're not the only person we work with.-We reserve some rights to the finished work, such as post on our socials or use it for publicity, prints, artbooks, etc., with its respective watermark and the commission owner user if it’s requested.-We may stream your commission, make tutorials with it or include in YouTube videos.-We retain all copyright & Moral Rights of our works.-You are not allowed to resell or make profit on our work. The current price for our work is only personal use. There is an extra fee for commercial use.-We own the rights of the rejected drawings as well as any other version that differs to a greater or lesser extent from the final result.-We can increase our prices any time we open commissions.-We may reject your order if we consider that we are not the right artist to take your commission request.-We can't draw: NSFW, gore, mecha and bara. All our drawings includes a simple background.-The special word that you accept our terms is "Hanako".
